System luminaires

NRG BUS emergency luminaires

NRG BUS luminaires are designed for use with DALI-2 emergency lighting systems. Each fitting is addressable, meaning it can be individually identified, monitored and tested over the DALI-2 network.

They work as part of a two-wire bus communication protocol, where communication from the control unit to the luminare occurs via the same cable. This allows for centralised control, automatic testing and detailed reporting from a single point. You can access real-time status updates on every luminaire, simplifying fault detection and compliance reporting.

Best suited for

It can be used for projects of all sizes, but is particularly suited to buildings where a self contained system is preferred, but the building structure or use may better suit a wired system, e.g. where a wireless system is not permitted.

Self-contained, self testing luminaires

NRG BUS emergency lighting fittings when connected to a control unit, operate as AutoTest luminaires – performing automatic tests at a predefined interval. This ensures that if communication is ever lost with the control panel, they still perform. Helping to meet the demands of EN50172 and IEC62034.
